Thank you for choosing MyPlay. We value your business and aim to provide transparent standard policies regarding subscription cancellations and payments.

All payments are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated, it will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Subscription Terms

Our services are provided on a pre-paid subscription basis. When you purchase a subscription, you are purchasing access to the platform tools for the duration of that specific billing period (e.g., monthly).

Because the resources, bandwidth, and platform features are immediately allocated and available for use upon activation, we do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle or due to non-usage.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. To avoid any future renewal charges, cancellations must be made strictly before the next renewal date. Upon cancellation, your account will remain on the paid plan with full feature access until the expiry of your current term.
